1) Scope of Our Services

EVISA HUBS provides application assistance services such as: collecting information, document review, formatting checks, guidance, and submission support where applicable (depending on the destination and process). Our services may include optional add-ons such as airport assistance (Fast Track Airport Assistance) where available.

We do not issue visas, immigration permits, or entry approvals. Processing timeframes and outcomes depend on the destination authority’s rules.

2) Eligibility & Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. You must ensure your passport is valid and meets the destination’s entry requirements.

You must review your application details carefully before submission. If you provide incorrect information, it may lead to delays, rejection, or cancellation by the competent authority.

3) Processing Times

“Standard”, “Urgent”, “Super Urgent”, or “Emergency/Holiday” processing options (if offered) refer to our service handling priority and/or expedited workflow support, not a guaranteed government decision time.

Government processing times may vary due to peak periods, public holidays, security checks, system downtime, or policy updates. We do not guarantee approvals or exact delivery times.

4) Fees, Pricing & Taxes

Our prices may include: service fees, processing priority fees, and any stated third-party fees where applicable. Prices are displayed on our website and/or confirmed in your order summary.

Unless stated otherwise, all fees are charged in the currency displayed at checkout. Your bank or payment provider may apply additional fees or exchange rates.

5) Payments & Security

We use secure payment methods and reasonable security measures to protect transactions. However, you acknowledge that no system is 100% secure. If you suspect unauthorized activity, contact us immediately.

6) Corrections & Additional Information Requests

If we identify missing or inconsistent details during review, we may request additional documents or clarification. Delays in providing requested information may affect your timeline.

7) Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the status of the work already performed and any external fees already incurred. In general:

  • Before processing begins: you may be eligible for a full or partial refund (subject to payment provider fees).
  • After processing/submission: service fees may be non-refundable because work has been completed and/or third-party fees may not be recoverable.
  • Rejections: if an authority rejects an application, fees may not be refundable unless required by law or stated in your order terms.
