Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for services provided by EVISA HUBS, operated by Global eVisa Services Pty Ltd. Our services relate to professional application support and document review for travel entry documentation (e.g., eVisa applications), and may include optional add-on services such as airport assistance.

Important: EVISA HUBS is an independent service provider and is not a government authority. Visa decisions are made by the competent immigration authorities of the destination country.


1) Definitions

  • Service Fee: The fee charged by EVISA HUBS for document review, application preparation, and support.
  • Government / Authority Fees: Fees required by the destination authority (if applicable). These may be non-refundable once paid.
  • Submitted: When an application has been lodged to the destination authority (or processing has commenced with our team based on your selected option).

2) General Refund Principles

Refund eligibility depends on the service stage and whether processing work has already started. If we have started reviewing documents, preparing forms, or submitting your application, a full refund may not be available.

3) Refunds Before Processing Starts

You may request a refund if you cancel before any of the following occurs:

  • Document review has started
  • Application preparation has started
  • The application has been submitted / lodged

In these cases, we generally offer a refund of the Service Fee (minus any payment processing charges, if applicable).

4) Refunds After Processing Starts

If processing has already started (including document checks, data entry, formatting, compliance review, or other administrative work), refunds may be partial or may not be available, depending on how much work has been performed.

Where a partial refund is granted, it typically reflects the remaining portion of service not yet delivered.

5) Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:

  • Application refusal or rejection by immigration authorities
  • Delays caused by destination authority processing times
  • Incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent information provided by the applicant
  • Failure to meet eligibility requirements (passport validity, supporting docs, entry rules, etc.)
  • Changes to travel plans after submission
  • Duplicate applications submitted by the applicant or third parties
  • Government/authority fees (if already paid) that the authority does not refund

6) Corrections & Resubmission Support

If your application is delayed or requires correction due to incomplete information or missing documents, we may assist you to correct and resubmit where feasible. This is a support service and does not guarantee approval.

7) Add-On Services (Airport Assistance / Fast Track)

For add-on services (where available), refunds depend on whether the service is booked or assigned. If an airport assistance booking has been confirmed or scheduled with operational partners, refunds may be limited.

8) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can review your case. Lodging a chargeback while we are actively working on your application may delay service and investigation outcomes. We may provide evidence of work completed and communication history to payment providers when disputes occur.

9) How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us with:

  • Your full name
  • Order reference (if available)
  • Email used on the application
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any supporting details (screenshots, timeline, etc.)

10) Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank/provider, it may take several business days for the funds to appear.
